§ 11.1. Uniform Building Code Adopted

No building shall be hereafter constructed, erected, enlarged, altered or moved into the town unless the same shall, as to design, construction, quality of materials and workmanship, conform with the Uniform Building Code, short form. Vol. 1, 1964 edition, issued by the International Conference of Building Officials, 50 South Los Robles Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101, which said building code, except for those parts relating to building exits and heating, ventilating and air conditioning, is incorporated herein and adopted by reference.
