§ 15.7. Curbs and Sidewalks — Permits

No sidewalk or curb shall be constructed or reconstructed, and no openings, driveways or cuts of any kind shall be made or enlarged in any curb which is heretofore or hereafter constructed without first obtaining a permit from the town clerk approved by the superintendent of streets.
